Thanks for really lovely stay, having setting on different eating places. Beds are comfortable. Location is magnificent, 15 minutes drive to Church of Saint Paul. It is not just off the main road though so close to beach and local shops, the train station and pubs.

I had a very enjoyable 4 nights stay in Dawlish. Location was quiet and ideal, with easy access to a railway station, based walking distance to the apartment. Moreover, supermarkets and shops were next door.

Great value and well-maintained apartment with fabulous location. The apartment was lovely and clean with everything provided, including cleaning materials and condiments. The comprehensive welcome folder with local information and train timetables was a nice touch. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of storage, and the balcony offered a nice view. The beach, bakery, and local pubs/restaurants were all within walking distance. The train station nearby made exploring the surrounding areas easy and hassle-free.

The front door could be difficult to lock at times, but it was a minor issue. The shower could have had a stronger flow and the drain could have been cleared more thoroughly.

This place could benefit from having an iron/ironing board, a flat screen TV, and a dining area, but I absolutely loved the stunning views of the garden, and the bathroom with a walk-in shower was an added bonus.

The location of the apartment is ideal, being close to both the beach and train station. The rooms are stylishly decorated, giving the outdated building a modern touch. The apartment was clean and spacious, with comfortable furnishings. A bottle of wine and everyday essentials were provided, making the stay even more enjoyable.

The absence of a hairdryer and clothes horse for wet items were minor inconveniences that could have made the stay more comfortable.

I had a fantastic stay at a lovely apartment in Dawlish. The decor was stylish and modern, making the apartment feel like a home away from home. The fully equipped kitchen was a great bonus, and there were even cleaning products provided. The communication from the owners was excellent, with easy arrival instructions and a helpful welcome pack of information. The apartment was quiet and calming, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The location was superb, close to shops, the beach, and other amenities. I especially enjoyed the meal with breathtaking views at the Mount Pleasant restaurant. The parking was convenient, and the flat layout made it easy to navigate, even with a fractured foot. I can't wait to come back and explore more when my leg is mended.
